Food Safety Officer 2014 – Question Paper (Solved)

Food Safety Officer (FSO) is conducted by UPPSC to recruit officers in the Pay Band of Rs 9300-43800, well known as food inspectors. Age limit- 21 to 40 yrs.

Exam pattern- Written exam followed by interview and medical test. Written exam comprises of two papers which is conducted in two shifts.

1st Shift- General Studies

2nd Shift- Main Subject

General Studies paper comprises of general awareness, history, geography, polity, international relations, diplomacy, economics etc while Main subject comprises of questions relating to food nutrition, food safety, microbiology, biotechnology, biology etc.
